Prominent Dosing Pump
Prominent hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are hydraulically driven to provide a smooth, uniform pumping action that reduces diaphragm wear and extends pump life, ensuring leak-free operation and chemical resistance.
1.PTFE multi-layer diaphragm with integral diaphragm rupture warning/signalling system.
2.Unique diaphragm position control system ensures that the diaphragm is always in the correct position, helping to prevent leakage and improve pump accuracy.
3.Integral hydraulic relief valve.
4.Automatic air venting system, able to discharge an effective amount of air bubbles from the piping and air inside the pump.
5.Metering reproducibility is better than ± 1% within the 10-100% stroke length adjustment range under certain defined conditions and with proper installation.

* Stroke length: 0 - 16 mm (Evo 1, Evo 2), 0 - 25 mm (Evo 3), 0 - 40 mm (Evo 4)
* Rod force: 2600 N (Evo 1), 5400 N (Evo 2), 8000 N (Evo 3), 15,700 N (Evo 4)
* Stroke length adjustment range: 0 - 100%. Stroke length adjustment: manually using manual adjustment wheel and scaled display. (optionally with electric actuator or control drive). A fixed stroke variant in accordance with API 674 is also available as an alternative. * Metering reproducibility is better than ± 1% within the 10 - 100% stroke length range under defined conditions and with correct installation.
